World Mobile Cellular Plan Terms & Condition

These Terms apply collectively to all mobile products and services offered by the World Mobile Group of companies, including World Mobile Group Ltd, World Mobile Networks LLC, and World Mobile Treasury Services Ltd. Please note that while these Terms govern the overall use of our services, specific services may be provided by different entities within the World Mobile Group, and by using such services, you agree to be bound by the terms applicable to the respective providing entity.
These Plan Terms & Conditions ("Cellular Terms") govern the use of mobile service plans provided by World Mobile Inc ("World Mobile," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or using our cellular plans, you agree to these Cellular Terms and our General Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
Overview of Services
World Mobile offers a variety of cellular plans that provide voice, SMS, and data services through a combination of traditional telecommunications infrastructure and our decentralized blockchain-powered network. By subscribing to any plan, you acknowledge and accept:
- Billing cycles: Monthly or prepaid as applicable to your plan.
- Network management practices, which may include data prioritization or speed reductions.
- Possible modifications to pricing, features, or plan terms with prior notice.

*Data speeds may be reduced after exceeding priority speed GB in a billing cycle to ensure fair usage.
[fs-toc-omit]Add-ons & Upgrades
Customers may purchase additional data, hotspot data, or international calling options as add-ons via the World Mobile WebApp or the customer dashboard.
Billing, Payments & Autopay
- Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
- All plans require upfront payment and automatically renew unless cancelled
- Late payments may result in service suspension after a 3-day grace period. Accounts that remain unpaid for 15 days or more may be permanently terminated.
- AutoPay: Customers may enrol in automatic payments for uninterrupted service. Any updates to payment methods must be made at least 24 hours before renewal.
Group Plans & Account Management
[fs-toc-omit]Group Owner & Member Accounts
- The Group Owner is responsible for managing billing and payments for all lines under the plan.
- Group Members have access to services but do not control plan settings or payments.
- If the Group Owner fails to make a payment, all member accounts may be suspended.
- A Group Member can leave a plan at any time but must move to an individual plan or transfer ownership.

- Each Group Plan has a maximum number of members (as specified in the plan details).
[fs-toc-omit]Data Usage & Network Management
- Fair Usage Policy: Unlimited plans may have data deprioritization or speed reductions after exceeding a threshold.
- Hotspot Usage: Tethering is permitted within plan limits; exceeding this may result in slower speeds or additional charges.
- Roaming & International Use: Some plans include international roaming or calling. Additional fees may apply for calls made outside of the covered countries.

- International Calling: Currently unavailable but coming soon.
- International Roaming: Available on Global access plan. For the rest coming soon. Roaming fees and coverage will be published on the website once available.
Wi-Fi Calling
Wi-Fi Calling enables customers to make and receive calls and text messages over a Wi-Fi connection when cellular network coverage is unavailable or limited.
[fs-toc-omit]911 Emergency Call Routing
- Wi-Fi Calling will attempt to route 911 calls to the appropriate emergency response center using automatically detected location data.
- If automatic location data is unavailable, the emergency address provided in the Wi-Fi Calling settings will be used for routing purposes.
- Customers are required to provide a valid U.S. address for emergency services when setting up Wi-Fi Calling.
- Calls to 911 may be delayed, misrouted, or unavailable if the automatic location update fails or if the emergency address is outdated or invalid.
[fs-toc-omit]Limitations on Wi-Fi Calling
- Certain numbers, including but not limited to 211, 311, 511, and 811, may not be accessible through Wi-Fi Calling.
- International long-distance charges may apply for calls made to destinations outside the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Wi-Fi Calling is subject to restrictions and may be unavailable in certain countries due to local laws and regulations.
[fs-toc-omit]TTY & Real-Time Text (RTT) Support
- Wi-Fi Calling does not support TTY (Teletypewriter) devices due to technical limitations.
- Customers with communication disabilities are encouraged to use Real-Time Text (RTT) or other alternative relay services to contact 911 or other emergency services.
[fs-toc-omit]Service Interruptions and Liability
- If Wi-Fi connectivity is lost during a call, the call will be disconnected, including 911 emergency calls.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their registered emergency address in Wi-Fi Calling settings is accurate and up to date.
- World Mobile Networks, LLC shall not be held liable for any failures, delays, or unavailability of Wi-Fi Calling services arising from internet connectivity issues, technical problems, or other factors outside its control.
[fs-toc-omit]911 & Emergency Alerts
- Calls to 911 rely on both World Mobile and third-party networks and may not always provide accurate location data.
- In case of service outages, Wi-Fi calling may be required to access emergency services.
Number Porting & Plan Cancellations
- Customers may port their existing number to World Mobile, subject to verification.
- Plans must be activated within 30 days of purchase. Inactive plans may be cancelled without refund.
- If an account remains unpaid for 45+ days, the associated number may be reassigned.
- Cancelled plans remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds are issued for partial months unless required by applicable law.
- Accounts terminated due to policy violations or non-payment may lose their phone number.
Taxes, Fees & Surcharges
- Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes and surcharges, which vary by location.
- Regulatory fees, including 911 service fees, may be included in the monthly bill.
Modifications to Plans & Terms
- We may modify, discontinue, or update plans at any time. Customers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any changes.
- Continued use of Services after updates constitutes agreement to any revised terms.
